Week 1: We get a handle of all the work that needs to be done.

Week 2: We organize all the work into priorities using unique agile techniques.
We also get to size the work and estimate how long things will take.
We start to feel comfortable that we have a handle on what’s coming.

Week 3: We get work flowing.
We get work flowing at a pace that’s comfortable.
But, importantly, we focus on getting things done.
Week 4: We have our Agile Management Meeting.
We look at what’s working, what’s not working and what can be improved.
By now, you are an agile manager.
You know the principles, and you are working at applying them better.
Week 5: We focus on Projects
We learn how to visually plan a project and get results using Agile Methods.
Week 6: We focus on Managing Teams
The first few weeks focused on managing your own work, to reduce the risk.
This week, we look at how to manage a team.

I’ve worked as an Information Systems Manager in the corporate world for two decades.

Recently, I’ve been playing the role of management consultant and coach.

I therefore became a Certified Agile Management Coach to help managers implement agile management frameworks.
